Marta Dell' Angelo

The Prow is a continuing moment of masses and forms touching and passing through, but not necessarily communicating with each other; each figure is struck by a light coming from different directions; the subjects appear indifferent to one another, and their gestures, normal and usual, seem meaningless. Their claustrophobic individuality forbids any emotion; there is light and life, but also desolation. It is not a story or the description of an event, but a vision.
